Weightlifting Programming for all levels
Weightlifting Work Group Programming
Weightlifting Work Group - 4 days per week Weightlifting program. 3 days of the week will focus on the Snatch, Clean ad Jerk, and Squat variation. The 4th day will be an optional, but recommended accessory workday. Each day will have a specific focus with set rep and work schemes. Programming will break down into 4-week cycles but you can start at any time. The daily programming will be no more than 60-minutes in length.

One-on-One Individual Programming
Every athlete is different. The one on one approach will focus on the specific athlete's needs and goals. These sessions can vary in time to fit scheduling. Programs are $65/month and will include video review and in person coaching when available.

Barbell Club Programming
Run a Barbell Club and aren't sure what to program or how to run? A barbell club is not a normal class. This option is 1-2 Barbell programming for the general class population. Designed for 1 or 2 day per week barbell clubs to fit time, space, and any other gym needs. Break down of classes will be available. $60/ month.
