About Weightlifting Work
Want to get comfortable under a barbell? Want to learn how to move better? Want to get stronger. Weightlifting Work is designed to add more barbell movements into your workout without over spending your time. This a 4-day per week workout program and online community designed to focus on the Snatch, Clean and Jerk and Squat. Each session lasts 1 hour in length and can be done anywhere you have access to a barbell and some bumper plates.
